Kyle Woodworth

Kyle Woodworth is a junior at Bates College, double majoring in Psychology and Rhetoric, Film, and Screen Studies with an additional concentration in English. He is a co-leader of the Bates Film Production Club, a director and editor of three independent short films, and a writer of two. He has recently been working in post-production on a feature film in Nantucket. Hailing from rural Nova Scotia, Kyle is passionate about cinema and photography. He enjoys watching and talking about movies with his friends and loves to snowboard during the winter and skateboard during the summer. His favourite filmmakers are Satoshi Kon and Martin Scorsese, and his favourite film is One Flew Over The Cuckoo’s Nest. Kyle recently attended the Sundance Film Festival, which is why he is so excited to be involved with the Bates Film Festival. In the future, he hopes to write, direct, and edit more films.
