Garrett Glasgow

Garrett Glasgow is a junior at Bates College double majoring in Neuroscience and Rhetoric, Film, and Screen Studies with an additional concentration in creative writing. He is a co-leader of the Bates Film Production Club as well as a former editor for Snaggletooth, Bates’ literary magazine. Garrett has a strong passion for photography and cinematography and often works with the theater and dance departments to film performances. Additionally, he was the director of photography and head editor for a short film he worked on in New Zealand. This summer, Garrett will help conduct research on social instability and neural oxytocin levels at the University of Utah. Hailing from Salt Lake City, Garrett is an avid outdoor enthusiast, especially skiing in the snowy Wasatch mountains. His favorite show is HBO’s Watchmen, and he is a devout fan of Wes Anderson and Andrei Tarkovsky.
