Connor Gerraughty is a Bates College senior studying Rhetoric, Film, & Screen Studies and Hispanic Studies. During his time at Bates, Connor has established a love for technology, production, and leadership, and he has explored these interests through various clubs, organizations, and job positions. For four years he has worked for the Bates ILS Department as a Field Technician Team Lead helping to diagnose, repair, and replace computer equipment across campus, while also managing other students. This experience helped inspire him to pursue technical production roles in the student-led theater club The Robinson Players, where he has directed, stage managed, and joined the board as Social Events Coordinator. At Bates, he has also maintained multiple radio shows at WRBC 91.5 FM, and worked with a number of different clubs, organizations, departments, and campus groups to write, film, and edit multi-media content. Connor hopes to use his experience with technology, production, and leadership to make the 2026 Bates Film Festival an event to remember!
