Samantha Manogue is a senior double majoring in Dance and Rhetoric, Film, and Screen Studies. She hails from the Philadelphia area, and her love of storytelling has been a driving force throughout her life. Her marketing experience includes working for an Off-Broadway theater in New York and traveling the world from Iceland to Cambodia documenting environmental concerns. On campus, Samantha is the president of the Bates Film Production Club, a Bates tour guide, and the social media coordinator for the Theater and Dance Department. Through it all, Samantha has been driven by a desire to connect people with the world and with each other. She is delighted with the festival’s focus on the arts and social justice and is thrilled to bring so many powerful stories to Maine. She is especially excited to share in the experience of watching and discussing films with you!
